Before entering real estate full time, Rich built and operated businesses and led teams within the corporate sector, developing a strong foundation in operational efficiency, financial analysis, and strategic planning. That background now shapes the way he approaches every transaction. Rather than viewing real estate as a simple sale, he evaluates each opportunity through the lens of cash flow, risk management, value creation, and long term positioning.

As an active investor, Rich understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of owning income producing property. He advises landlords, tenants, business owners, and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and asset repositioning strategies. His dual perspective as both broker and investor allows him to anticipate issues early, structure deals thoughtfully, and align decisions with long term wealth building objectives.

Rich is highly familiar with the 1031 exchange process and regularly works with clients to evaluate reinvestment strategies designed to defer capital gains and strengthen portfolio performance. His approach emphasizes disciplined underwriting, clear communication, and strategic execution rather than transactional volume.

While commercial advisory remains a primary focus, Rich also assists residential clients, particularly those transitioning between personal residences and investment properties. He brings the same analytical discipline and long term perspective to every engagement, regardless of property type.
