Rich Johnson is a skilled Realtor and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in both corporate leadership and real estate investment. Having successfully navigated the worlds of business and real estate, Rich combines strategic insight with technological expertise to offer a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to every transaction. Rich’s passion for real estate goes beyond helping others—he’s an active investor with firsthand experience in identifying, developing, and managing a variety of commercial properties. His portfolio spans flex warehouse developments, RV & boat storage facilities, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), retail strip centers, RV parks, and multifamily syndications, reflecting his versatile approach to real estate investment. In addition to his own investments, Rich is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of representing both landlords and tenants—negotiating leases, managing occupancy strategies, and fostering long-term, productive relationships. He also collaborates with reputable property management partners to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. This hands-on experience gives him a unique edge when advising clients—he understands not only the financial and strategic side of investing but also the operational realities that come with owning and managing income-producing real estate.

Rich is also highly familiar with the 1031 exchange process, which allows clients to defer capital gains taxes on property sales by reinvesting in similar properties. He uses this knowledge to help clients maximize their investments, offering valuable strategies to preserve wealth and grow their portfolios.

He works with a diverse client base across both residential and commercial markets, offering deep experience in property sales and acquisitions, landlord/tenant lease agreements, and relocation services. Rich’s strong connection to the Dallas area—paired with his knowledge of local trends and market dynamics—allows him to deliver tailored guidance and meaningful results for every client.

Outside of real estate, Rich is deeply grounded in his faith and values. He and his wife are raising four children—two sons and two daughters—and prioritize family time as a cornerstone of their lives. Rich holds a profound respect for those who serve in the military, a sentiment shaped by his father’s service in the Army and his father-in-law’s Navy background. His faith fuels his passion for sharing the Word and living out his values in all aspects of life.

In addition to mentoring business professionals and investors, Rich is dedicated to continuously expanding his own knowledge and expertise. His drive to support others and make a positive impact is mirrored in his commitment to ongoing professional development.
